Firefox 3 beta 1 says
wine: Call from 0x608dba8d to unimplemented function
GDI32.dll.GetTextExtentExPointI, aborting
and hangs after putting up its GUI and the default
browser question.  Nearly all in the text
in the GUI is unintelligable, almost as if the text
extents were all wrong :-)
Installing corefonts doesn't help.
