[Bug 24775] Samsung Kies installer stops early

Indeed the installer works now, be it that there are lots of registration
errors.

Kies.exe is installed OK, so this bug is rightly closed.

It doesn't start OK though, though I installed Mono for Windows (cf comment 7).
I'll see if I can do the winetricks mfc42 suggested in comment 8, else selarch
for a bug on this, if not found enter one.
