Thanks for the fast replies.

Stefan's suggestion worked great. Disabling the community integration allowed
me to play.

I tried Vitaliy's suggestion (independently), and it didn't help any. It
cleared my saved password in Steam, but then when I logged back in it had the
same page fault.
