[Bug 49644] wine 5.13 devel loops trying to launch first win app then ends doing nothing ubuntu 16.04

Nothing installed when I ran your suggestion. I assume I have to do a complete
uninstall of 64bit wine devel first. But, can't I just run the 32 bit install?

sudo apt-get install wine-devel

wine-devel is already the newest version (5.13~xenial).
wine-devel set to manually installed.
