[Bug 11051] Grand Theft Auto windows version hangs on start

Click 'Download' button.
Click on the left hand box of the three games offered: 'Volume One',
and don't forget to think of some witty fake details to enter before clicking
'Submit'.

This isn't the same version I originally tested(I have the actual original from
CD), but does have identical symptoms.
