As you point out it is likely a bug in wldap32. A quick search didn't yield a
bug report for it yet (apart from dozens of people mentioning to set the dll to
native in 23323). Lets turn this bug into it. There is no wldap32 component in
bugzilla, so that's why it's mentioned in the bug name.
