No, sorry, no updates. I've been rebasing this patch for nearly a year now :)

I took a short look at it again last week, but the right thing to do wasn't
obvious to me. Really need someone who understands the message loop and win32
GUI to fix the tests. Most of that stuff is foreign to me.
