I see this on Reason 3.0 too. On first startup, it asks for a bunch of
configuration options, and you can't get to it because the splashscreen is in
the way.

Just to clarify for anyone else reading, the workaround is to run winecfg, and
select Graphics->"Emulate a virtual desktop".
