My sense is that general interest in this specific bug here has faded, because
the chances to get around the API fingerprinting are rather limited :-(

That said, I think this bug has come a long way, especially thanks to
Anastasius' documentory work. If EB somewhen decides to drop the
fingerprinting, the documentation here will be very helpful.
