[Bug 10509] System Shock 2 doesn't run

System Shock 2 crash - dsound first

The game doesn't seem to run fine for me in emulated desktop (launching with
wine explorer /desktop=name,1024x768 shock2.exe) -- while I can bring up the
inventory screen, I cannot drag or use objects within it; instead mouse click
events cause me to fire my weapon as though the inventory screen weren't
active.

I get a different crash when starting the game up using just wine shock2.exe. 
I have applied SS2Tool.
