[Bug 18069] Oblivion frequently crashes

When pouring through the debug logs, I noticed an out of memory error, so on a
whim added back the VideoMemorySize registry entry, and my reliable crash now
loads without issue... I don't know if this means that I incorrectly set the
registry entry value previously, or if a newer version changed the nature of
the bug (seems so, since the debug output has changed). I'm curious of the
other people in this thread have VideoMemorySize specified in their registry,
and if that makes a difference?

I can attach a debug log if needed, but I'm afraid it's an 8MB gzipped log of
an of out of memory error.
