same settings but with wine-staging 2.21 gives ~950 fps in menu

Same settings both in game and nvidia gives ~950 fps in menu when testing with
old wine-staging 2.21.

Note that the fps difference while actually playing the game is much smaller:
20 vs 20-24 fps.
