I get much worse results with cups-pdf but with a manually edited PPD. Could
you attach your PPD so that I can compare them. In the case when only the text
at the bottom was missing after changing the paper size in the PPD then
deleting the key HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers<your
printer> helped - the key was then recreated with the new data.
