[Bug 6157] Strange notification from AppDB <[e-mail]> about becoming supermaintainer in the AppDB

"Enter a personalized reason for acceptance or rejection of the
  users maintainer request hereWe appreciate your help in making the Application 
  Database better for all users."

This is like a TODO for whomever is writing the acceptance or rejection letter.
 It's supposed to be replaced with the actual acceptance or rejection reason,
but was not in this case.
