[Bug 26424] Short freezes in Eve Online

I think the stuttering is an Eve client side bug - behaves the same on Windoze
- that is being affected by lag, ie: Crazy inline blocking on the server
causing the whole client to stall.  Dev's have even stated this is not suppose
to happen but it does anyway.

Just the usual round of Eve bugs that keep on recurring with each new update of
Eve.

CCP are currently using this behaviour as an excuse to reduce the level of
public details about a pilot.
