[Bug 17479] ConvertXToDVD does not load templates

Just opening the program you will see a message saying "No templates found".
Try to go in Settings -> DVD Menu, then click on the button "..." to load a
template, browse in program folder and try to load a template. You will receive
a "List index out of bounds (1)"
