Right, I didn't see that comment when I read through the bug.

In this case it seems to me rewriting the test program in attachment 45374 as a
proper wine test in dlls/ntdll/tests and/or maybe dlls/kernel32/tests is a
logical next step. Use todo_wine markers for everything that doesn't return the
proper result on Wine yet.
