The installer proceeds to download and install several sub-cabinets, but
eventually bails out with a MSVC++ Runtime Library error:

Runtime Error!
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. 
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Anyway, this won't be wine-msi once those patches are committed.
