I still can reproduce the bug with 1.1.41. And as I run X.org 1.7.5 too, that's
probably not the cause. Much more interesting (IMHO) would have been your GPU
and driver in use.

My system (at least where I play this game) is as described in comment #0, only
that I now use radeon driver version 6.12.192 on a 2.6.33.1 kernel with KMS
(and DRI2).
