The Witcher 3: Time lapse of screen distortions

Taking 7 rapid screenshots of the same scene and layering them shows how
noisy/busy this actually is. They (odd black shapes) are constantly dancing all
over the screen. I am sure if I had enough images to layer in it would easily
cover everything.

Note that with HBAO+ enabled (or all SSAO disabled) everything is completely
normal.
