Install the demo (wisotool masseffect2_demo will do as well). Run, start a new game. Watch the intro video on non-geforce 300 hardware (see bug 24985), and be sure sound is enabled/speakers are on. The audio/video quickly get out of sync.
This may be what's causing bug 23218, so marking it as blocking that.
