To add some information.
For me a Dualshock 4 connected wirelessly shows up as a dinput only device,
which can be disabled but not reset to xinput. When disabled it shows up as
disabled in the registry at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\DirectInput\Joysticks, when enabled it does not
show up in the registry at all and is a dinput only device in joy.cpl. Editing
the registry to enabled has no effect.
