[Bug 33272] Pinging 0.0.0.0 returns success, when it should return failure.

I can't find the edit button, I just sniffed the traffic and it seems that wine
substitutes the 0.0.0.0 with the loopback address 127.0.0.1, so I'm simply
pinging myself. Here's the tcpdump output:
