Hello folks,

this was fixed by commit
https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commitdiff/5868c664c1ac56bc6e3a6a5311...
("riched20: Handle efficiently caret creation/destruction."), part of Wine 4.6
release.

NOTE: There is still a crash with builtin RichEdit control when clicking
'Preview Voice'. This ticket is specifically targeting the crash on tab switch.
