The check could arguably be considered too strict, but it's opt-in at the glibc
level, as it should be. It's the distros that are changing the default.

Many other checks are also too strict, especially the "return unused" ones,
which is why making fortify the default distro-wide is not a good idea, at
least not in its current state.
