[Bug 38206] Sound clicks in Blizzard's "Heroes of the Storm" and "Diablo 3", and also some slightly annoying clicking in "World of Tanks".

Thanks for testing! This should be fixed by this commit which will be in Wine
1.7.40. Please re-open if it's still not working for you.
