I have install 1.3.32 with
   sudo apt-add-repository ppa:ubuntu-wine/ppa
   sudo apt-get update
   sudo apt-get install wine1.3
   (follow the web site
http://www.linuxnov.com/wine-1-3-33-has-been-released-whats-new-download)

Project still crash
I cannot compile 1.3.33 source code, where to find the apt-get ?
