When BFBC2 first loads a level, or when it moves to another sublevel within a level, it usually starts to draw random polygons (or nothing at all) instead of the gun that the player is holding. The polygons are not necessarily related to the position of the gun. See attached image for an example.
Changing the graphics resolution (from the options menu while in-game) fixes the glitches until the next level or sublevel loads.
It does this with both the native and built-in DirectX drivers and with both the nvidia 260.19.21 and 260.19.26 drivers (nvidia 8600M GT graphics card).
