wine-1.1.32-499-gffb2cfc WINEDEBUG=+msi,+seh,+tid

With +relay added to WINEDEBUG, log is 7GB+ big and setup stays in
initialization, so I broke early.

I thin installation crashes in the place I mentioned in first comment. Attached
log has 100000 lines from the end of full log
