Is this the same as bug 39816?
BioShock 2 needs better support for WINED3DFMT_R24_UNORM_X8_TYPELESS and an implementation of d3d10_device_CheckFormatSupport(), then it fails because of unimplemented d3d10_shader_reflection_GetInputParameterDesc().
I think the format patches went in. Checkformat is still undone (bug 40046) and so is GetInputParameterDesc (bug 39816)
So this is actuallly a dupe? Or this bug depends on those 2 bugs...
