[Bug 19303] Sketchup 7 shows toolbars and menus, but work area is blank

I get the same using:

Sketchup 7.1.4871
Wine 1.1.28
Ubuntu 8.04
Video Card: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 950

And after getting the OpenGL error and then setting HW_OK to 1 in regedit.  I
first tried in Wine 1.1.32 but then regressed to 1.1.28 in hopes of that
working.
