Another thing you could do is attach the report file to this bugreport (compressed if possible). This file should be in the %TEMP%\wct directory and is named resXXXX.tmp. It could be that you have multiple wct directories (this happens if previous cleanups didn't succeed) so pick the last one.
Btw. if you're network dropped out during the test that obviously means the report will not be sent.
