--- Comment #6 from Sven Arvidsson sa@whiz.se --- This error is caused by an incomplete ISO image. Launch.exe is really missing. You'll get the same error trying to run the installer on Windows.
Either get the updated ISO, or copy the files from the broken one, placing a file called Launch.exe in the root dir and the setup process will complete.
Not a Wine bug.
