[Bug 9465] WarCraft III causes OSS to emit loud noise

Seems like bug happens on system using hardware mixing and the "hardware
acceleration" set to "Full"(this is the DEFAULT) in winecfg if set to
"Emulation" it does not happen here.

regression testing gives this:
