Interesting that the installer wants the spooler in manual to install but once it is installed, Acrobat 8 Pro won't print anything to any printer. Interesting.
A wild guess: perhaps Adobe Acrobat in last stage of document processing, creates a typical "virtual printer" like many other PDF Creators?
