Install dotnet20 with winetricks before running. On startup, the app pops up an
error dialog saying that an unhandled exception occurred. Clicking the details
buttons reveals:

System.EntryPointNotFoundException: Unable to find an entry point named
'IUnknown_SetSite' in DLL 'SHLWAPI.DLL'.
