For my graphic card I have installed this Debian packages: nvidia-glx nvidia-kernel-dkms nvidia-xconfig nvidia-settings.
You'll probably need something like "nvidia-glx:i386" (not sure how the nvidia packages are called), but there should be messages from Wine in the terminal before the backtrace.
