The program was updated because it used to require dotnet 2.0 now it requires
dotnet 4.5.1. The original version can no longer be downloaded, I tested the XP
version (13.0.3) and it does not start complaining that MS Access is not
installed (tried mdac, jet, dao)...

Since there was no reply to last retest request over 1 year ago I'm resolving
as abandoned.
