Summary: Sandlot Games launcher crashes in mshtml (unless cflag -O0 used) Product: Wine Version: 1.3.22 Platform: x86 URL: http://www.sandlotgames.com/w5/ballistik.html OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: minor Priority: P2 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: gyebro69@gmail.com
Created an attachment (id=35106) --> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=35106) crash log (cflag -O2)
The games available from Sandlot Games come with a launcher. The launcher crashes on start with Gecko-1.2.0 installed. I noticed that the crash happens if Wine was compiled with CFLAGS >=-O1. (-O2 as well as -O1 produce the same crash). If I compile Wine with -O0 the launcher starts without crashing.
I always compile Wine from source but this time I gave a try to the Wine package, available from the Fedora repository (currently 1.3.20 is in the repos): the same crash happened on game launch.
If I install ie6 (via winetricks) no crash occurs on launch.
Fedora 15 (32-bit) Gcc-4.6.0
