Confirming. Since SetFileCompletionNotificationModes() was implemented as of
https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commitdiff/139cc95610d7c14a5eab62df971fe5505b0b067c,
this runs in Wine with the aforementioned changes. Since there's already a bug
for the missing environment variables, let's make this about missing
robocopy.exe.

Note that the program does indeed require an account to be created, but this is
