[Bug 13872] Audiosurfs main menus displays incorrectly

I have retested with latest git and this bug is still present.

I have found the you can resize the window to the size of the graphics. This
causes the graphics and input to be realined so you can directly click on
buttons ect.

Also I have noticed that changeing the resolution in the options menu will only
work in fullscreen mode. Trying to chancge it in windowed mode does nothing.

Is there any other info I can provide to help get this fixed?
