I'm bit perplex when reading your post.
1. you wrote... wine MetaEditor.exe ... nothing happen
Immediately followed by "If i choose MetaEditor to edit a file, i got these errors"....
2. oem@dub:~$ WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid wine MetaEditor.exe &> /tmp/output.txt
is wrong. You need to run it from install folder not home directory. That is the reason, why you get: cannot find L"C:\windows\system32\MetaEditor.exe"
