[Bug 10224] Property Sheet Buttons are not repositioned when sheet is resized

Please add a conformance test [1] to dlls/comctl32/tests/propsheet.c to do
something like the following:

1. create a propsheet with some buttons
2. resize it
3. look up the position of the buttons

then check to see if the behavior with your patch matches the behavior on
Windows.
