Hello Jan,

is this still a problem with recent Wine? Please retest with latest version,
Wine 4.21 or 5.0-rc1 and report back.

The error messages from the WINEPREFIX creation step indicate you have a
general problem with your distro, i.e. broken and/or missing host
packages/dependencies.
