There's no crash in your logs, just mostly fixmes. Generating and attaching
more logs won't get your problem solved faster.

Why don't we handle this one problem at a time. The first bug you mentioned is
it didn't install correctly. Start with a fresh ~/.wine directory, don't use
any native dlls or cracks, and try to install the game:

mv ~/.wine ~/.wine-old
wineprefixcreate
cd /path/to/sims_cd
wine sims_installer.exe
