[Bug 19144] QueryContextAttributesW returns wrong return value

The first problem: We set 16 + 256 in cbTrailer elem, windows sets simply 16.
If I change to 16 (mac_size), it goes further.
The next error is:
A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error
occurred during the login process. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - TCP
Provider: ) (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 10054)

AFAIK 10054 is connection reset.

Finally windows's values of stream sizes:
header=5
trailer=16
maximummsg=16384
buffers=4
blocksize=1
