Reproducible in 1.7.33.
A workaround for the drop-downs is click on their headings eg. 'File'.
A workaround for game context menus is to click on the menu headings 'Actions', 'Mentor', 'Preferences' or 'Windows'.
Does this bug affect Chessmaster 11 as well?
