Just tested with a xbox 360 controller and the game works fine in 1.9.16, very
slow in my computer but works. I also tested in 1.7.7 and it works too, MUCH
faster and playable.

Then I tested in 1.2.3 and the controller does not work, so this was certainly
fixed.
