Trace of wininet ftp test with WINEDEBUG="warn+heap,trace+wininet"

IMPORTANT (I should have written this later, stupid me...): all network
interfaces other than loopback (eth0 Ethernet, eth1 WiFi) were down when I ran
`make test` this morning, because I was in a place where I don't have an
Internet connection.
