[Bug 9268] Knights of the old republic fails to install

Freyer, try this in a virtual desktop. If the problem is a hidden dialog as the
appdb says, then dcom98 is useless, and this is a dupe of bug 3997.
Alternatively, when it 'hangs', just press enter, and it should get rid of the
dialog for you.
